How to Reorder PDF Pages
1. Select and upload the PDF file you wish to rearrange via the drop zone.
2. Once uploaded, each page will be displayed as a visual thumbnail image in a grid layout.
3. Click and drag the page thumbnail you want to move (or touch and slide on mobile/tablet devices) to its new position, then drop it.
4. After rearranging the sequence, click the "Process" button.
5. A newly structured PDF file with the new page order will be ready. Click "Download File" to save.

Q. How do I rearrange the page order?

Q. Will rearranging pages decrease the PDF image resolution or quality?
No. The tool changes the logical page sequence references without compression or rendering, meaning there is zero quality loss.
Q. Is there a security risk of my documents leaking?
No. All processes are handled using JavaScript within your local browser memory. The file never leaves your machine or reaches our servers.
Q. Can I delete pages or add another PDF file within this page?
This page is dedicated to reordering. Please use our Delete Pages tool to trim pages, or the Merger tool to combine multiple PDF documents together.
Q. Can I reorder pages of a password-encrypted PDF?
No. Secured files cannot generate thumbnails. Please decrypt the file using our Unlock tool first, then import the file here.
Q. Can I reorder if horizontal and vertical pages are mixed?
Yes. Page dimensions, orientations, and scales are untouched. Only their sequential order is updated.
Q. What is the maximum file size allowed?
You can upload and edit documents up to 100MB in size.
